what is the cloud with down arrow icon?

Question

what is the cloud with down arrow icon?

Just came from the page that is has some of the iTunes Match icons but I keep getting a cloud with a down-arrow icon. What does that mean?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.3), Thunderbolt

It means that the item is not stored locally on your device but can be downloaded or streamed from the cloud.

But it shows that the bitrate on most of these is 128kb.

I thought all the songs stored in the Cloud were 256kb??

How would you get them upgraded to 256?

I have this showing up on songs I originally burned on my computer (my original library) - 3 days later, that icon shows up as if they aren't stored locally. any ideas why? Like it's burning them (so to speak) directly to the cloud instead of the computer)?
