What operating system are you running on your computer? Mac OS 10.7.3 LIon or Windows?
Try turning off your Firewall and see if you can login to http://me.com/move. Also, make sure your operating system is up to date.
See icloud, mibleme, me.com transition topic. Others were having issues and turning off the firewall solved it for them.
