are you using Mail? the application? if so select the email/s in question and then press the Not Junk button
It is Apple. my extention is @me.com
That;s the thing - on my MAC, for some reason, that option is not present. When I access my mail box in iCloud from other devices I see that option.
What if you select the email, rightclick on it and choose 'Mark', is 'Not Junk' present there?
I figured out hwo to make it recognize as a legitimate sender: on the task bar next to "window" teher is a little maibox picture. Click on it and click on "Learn message as legitimate".
Also, in the same menu "Open personal antispam" - you can turn off antispam feature.
