Basic troubleshooting steps clearly outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new device.  Have you gone through ALL of these troubleshooting steps?

I tried restart and reset but i didnt try restore because i think its really hardware issue.. The problem occurs when i remove the rubber case of my phone.. When i use the rubber case,  the volume wont change on its own, but when i removed the case then when i unintentionally touch it(without pressing the buttons), the volume change on its own,, what should i do? Do you think restoring my phone will fix the problem??  Or i should contact apple and send my phone to them?..
