Forgot security questions

Forgot my security questions

Go to http://appleid.apple.com and click on Manage Your Account. Sign in. Choose Password and Security. Change your security quesitons/answers.

I have done this but it then requires me to enter my security questions which I don't know the answer for :@

right under the questions it has a link to send an email to you with the answers

having the same problem and I see no link....

Underneath the two security quesitons is a question "forgot security answers? send security info email to .[your email}". The words "send security info email..." are in blue and if you scroll over it with your mouse it highlights. Click on it and you will receive an email with the answers.

What about the specific email address to receive this security info is a mistake or no longer exists? Any alternate? Or, how to update this email address for this matter? I got stuck here. Thanks for help.

Ok all after long frustrating hours, I think I have figured out how to change your security answers. apple support ***** and doesn't help. some reason that link isn't there to recover your answers and it doesnt look like they are going to fix it soon. soooooooo I took my friends laptop and used his Itunes. I logged him out and signed myself in. I then purchased a song and it asked me a couple of questions and took me to the security questions, like i was signing up again. I then answered the questions with simple answers and WROTE THEM DOWN (hint, hint). and presto it works again. I hope this works for all of you! and think of it this way...how does a hacker change your password/ questions? by logging into another computer with Itunes....good luck!
