iTunes konnte mit Yahoo!-Adressbuch nicht synchronisiert werden

Hallo,

ich habe ein iphone 4, iOs Version 5.1, itunes Version 10.6.1.7 und einen PC, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

Bisher lief alles gut.

I have an iphone 64-bit 4, iOS version 5.1, itunes version 10.6.1.7 and a PC, Windows 7 Home Premium.
So far, everything went well. As of today - for whatever reason - I get the error message "iTunes could not sync with Yahoo! Address Book, there is no Internet available."
Of course, the Internet is working. Turning off the firewall, pp. did not help.
What can I do? Why is that?
Thank you for your help!

Close your iTunes,

Go to command Prompt -

(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".

(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt

In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in

netsh winsock reset

Hit "ENTER" key

Restart your computer.

If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.

Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.

If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

I have the same issue as mentioned above and it occures with both my iPhone 4S and the iPad 2. Both are running on the latest iOS version and I never had this problem before. I ran the winsock reset and tryed to syc with iTunes after systems restart on my laptop but it did not resolve the problem. Following the link outlined above, I ran the autoruns.exe file and verified the entries under winsock and I just saw two entries which were both from Apple! Now, this is actually contradicting in my eys and I doubt that it is the real cause for our issue here.

So any further suggestions are highly appreciated :-)

Cheers

ines, your Winsock providers look OK.

Can you try these in command prompt (Run as Adminstartor) one at a time?

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

restart computer

ipconfig /flushdns

totally shut down computer then restart.

netsh winsock reset all

restart computer

Now test your iTunes again. If that does not work, uninstall your Antivirus program and test again.

Check your system for possible Malware. But you have to do it in Windows Safe Mode.

Start your computer in "Safe mode with networking", go to this link download a free version of Malwarebyte.

http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free

Install and perform update immediately, then do a full SCAN. Remove malware if it indeed finds any. Restart computer to regular windows to let Malwarebyte complete the removal.

To start your computer in safe mode

Press and hold the F8 key as your computer starts. You need to press F8 before the Windows logo appears. If the Windows logo appears, you'll need to try again by waiting until the Windows logon prompt appears, and then shutting down and restarting your computer.

On the Advanced Boot Options screen, use the arrow keys to highlight the "safe mode with networking" option, and then press Enter. Log on to your computer with a user account that has administrator rights.

When your computer is in safe mode, you'll see the words Safe Mode in the corners of your screen. To exit safe mode, restart your computer and let Windows start normally.

Check your Windows system files for possible file corruption

SCAN and repair possible Windows system file corruption:

Go to command prompt (START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES right mouse click "command prompt" and choose "Run as Administrator"

type in

sfc /scannow

let Windows fix any system files that need to be repaired.

Restart the computer if it did actually repair any files.

If you still get the same issue, temporary uninstall your Antivirus program and test again.
