Hello, I exchanged my finish VISA for another VISA card with a longer duration and the Apple store to me says "you must verify your payment info beforeyou Purchases can make." Everything I have several contractors carefully and correctly cecurity code card numbers and still nothing. I can not download "free". I fixed it in set and iPad. nothing

Connect ipad to PC and open iTunes, in left hand pane click on Store, click on little Home icon (looks like a little house). In home page at right are the quick links. Click on and sign into your account and verify all details of your payment type are correct. If all is well, then leave for 24 hours. Sometimes it takes a while for the servers to update - until they do you will not be able to make a purchase or download. If still no luck after 24 hours contact Customer Support direct at the following
https://expresslane.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.do select iTunes and follow the screens through to send your help request. Make sure ou have a working contact option.
