Contact help please
I did the update for the most recent iOS and lost all my contacts. How do I get them back?

Synch them back. If you've been using your phone as directed, the contacts should still be safe on your computer (Outlook, Address Book) on on the cloud (iCloud, Google).
Not using your phone as directed? They were wiped off your phone during the iOS upgrade.
