i restored my new iphone and lost siri

I just bought the new iphone 4S and restored the phone with my old iphone 4 stuff, and i have lost siri. When i press and hold the home button, it uses voice control, not siri. How can i get her back?!
Check that Siri is turned on in Settings>General>Siri, and that it is also on in Settings>General>Restrictions.
