When you send a mail,and type an email in it,the iPad automatically saves it for you,so that next time when you type out the first letter,it will show out a little window that shows that email.But I typed in a wrong email.and the iPad saves it in the window!is there anyway I can delet the email from that window?

That's correct. Even incorrectly typed email addresses are remembered and there is no delete function. Over time, the incorrect email address moves to the bottom of the list and it really isn't a big deal.
If you are using Gmail
1. Go to Draft Folder
2. Hit the "Edit" button
3. Select the draft mail you want to delete
4. Hit the red delete button
He's not asking how to delete a draft email message. He's asking why the mail app remembers incorrectly typed email addresses, which it does.
