What do I need for travel in Europe with my iPhone & iPad?

I am soon going to be traveling to London and Paris. I have an iPad2 and an iPhone 4. I need some expertise on anything special that I need in order to charge these items successfully (and without damage) while there. I have the standard charging accessories. I also plan to take a travel adapter for the differing outlets. Do I need anything else? Thanks!
