I have purchased a song on my iPod touch but it keeps downloading and won't process
iPod touch (4th generation)
- Try a reset. Nothing is lost.
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Next try downloading on your computer and syncing.
