My computer will not let me download the latest version of iTunes because I keep encountering an error with my bonjour.msi program.  I tried to uninstall/reinstall bonjour, but it won't let me because it says that "the feature you are trying to use in on a network resource that is unavailable."  I can't sync my iPod without the undate.  Suggestions?????

Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from the following page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" /___sbsstatic___/migration-images/183/18316898-1.gif thingy on the Major Geeks page):

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.

Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:

Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another install. Does it go through this time?
