You can't - ibooks from Apple can currently only be read in the iBooks app on an iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch, there is no Mac or PC reader for them
I don't mean to sound like I'm disagreeing or dense, but if you can use the Kindle app from iPad to Macbook, shouldn't you be able to do the same with an apple product? I would rather buy books from iBooks, but not being able to go from device to device like in Kindle is a problem. thanks for letting me add that.
