My little sister changed her simple password to a word password but has forgotten it already.

She's entered the password incorrectly too many times and it has locked itself. (Simular to the below image appart from it says 60 minuets)

I plug it into her computer and it says that iTunes cannot access the iPod because it has a passcode.

Is there anything I can do, or will I have to take it into an Apple Store?

Many thanks,

Ashley

Place the iPod in Recovery mode and then connect to a computer and restore via iTunes.
