iWeb Post 31 June: making content changes?

Post 31 June, when websites are no longer hosted by Mac and mobileme, does anyone know if we can still use iweb to make changes to just the content?

I started a chat with Express Lane and they couldn't tell me.

This is so that I know whether I need to start a website from scratch in something like Wordpress.
