Hi. I would like to create monthly recurring event in iCall for specific day (e.g. 15th) however when it lends in any “weekend day” I wanted it to be moved to any prior business day (e.g. Friday). I can’t see this option to be available in iCall. Could anyone assists?

I don't think this is achievable.
It is possible to export a repeating event, edit its recurrence rule, and add the mofified event back to iCal. You could have something like
RRULE:FREQ=MONTHLY;INTERVAL=1;ByMonthday=15;BYDAY=MO,TU,WE,TH,FR
but rather than rescheduling the event if the 15th occurs on a weekend it will simply drop it. I don't know how you would get it rescheduled, and getting it moved earlier is likely not possible.
