hi can you help my sons ipod was working ok friday and was charging but my little son had hold of it and since then it wont come on or charge i have tryed to reset it but that hasnt helped it just has the empty battery sign on the front when you try it ?

Leave it on the charger overnight, and see what happens.
Try let it charge for about an hour
its not doing anything the screen is black untill i try to charge it but it has just got the empty red battery sign on it i have try to charge it on the computer and a wall charger but nothing and i have tryed wot they say bout waking it up but nothing any other ideas .......thanks
Hmmm... Ok, i tried this and worked for me... Let the ipod charge for a while and hold the home button and lock key simaltaniously until it switches on
Then time for an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.
think u might be right there apple store it is then more money again 😢 .
