red x and screen barely visible
My ipod accidentally got inside a blanket and into my washing machine.... it now has a red x and the screen is barely visible. it also won't recognize it when plugged into my laptop... HELP????

With those symptoms, thinks aren't looking good. Your iPod is likely toast and in need of replacement.
