How do I redeem my money gift card
iPad, iOS 4.3.1
Open iTunes and click on iTunes Store under "STORE." Then under "QUICK LINKS" on the right hand side, the first option should be Redeem.

I am having the same problem on my PC. I click buy a song and it immedidately takes me to my store credit card info and wants me to enter the security code from my credit card. I do not want to use my credit card, I want to use my gift card of $20 first, then the visa after the gift cards are all redeemed. Very frustrated.
I have the same problem. Apple should address this. It is not a good sign. They are making money and selling iTunes card and I cannot even redeem from my $25 iTunes card even after I redeem it and shows on my apple id it is there. It still will bill my credit card. Frustrating and a rip off by Apple. After I bought from them thousands of dollars..this is what they can offer. I tried to see if there is option..it's all credit cards. So stupid apple!
