Q: i am completely locked out of my ipod and its saying ipod is disable. how am i suppose to fix it??

I am completely locker out of my ipod and its saying ipod is disable and need to have a four digit password to unlock it.but i cannot get in at all. how do i fix it??

You may need to put the iPod into recovery mode before you can reset/restore it via your computer's iTunes : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808
