Logic Pro convert IPad GarageBand to general midi

Hi, I am interested in purchasing Logic Pro..wondering if possible to make iPad GarageBand songs into general midi files in Logic....so each individual track in the songs can have its own midi channel and instrument...is this possible and easy to do with Logic? Thanks for any help!
