Printing Presenter notes in Keynote.
I have created an extensive Keynote with presenter notes. There is a potential that I may not be able to have my computer in front of me during one of my presentation. Can I print out just my notes. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. I did see that option. I was wanting to print just the notes. Printing the slides amounts to a lot of wasted paper and ink. Is there anyway to print just the text of the notes?
Thanks,

You can print a copy of your presentation with notes using the File > Print command. Your print dialogue should offer a Keynote Printing option - select Handout > Add Notes and the number of slides per page you want (I find 3 works for me) - the size of your Presenter Note Text can be adjusted to suit your needs.
Good Luck.
I did not know about the replace feature in MSW. Thanks! That it did it. Not only was there a paragraph after each word there was a tab character and a section break after each word that also needed to be replaced. I'm not sure how they all got there. I didn’t type them in.
Thanks!
PM,
There's always a way - some just take a few more simple steps. Instead of printing the handout described above do this:
Try That.
I'm really not sure what is causing your problem, but here are a few things you can try:
Instead of Paste and Match Style, try just Paste
Instead of MS Word, try pasting the text into your Text Edit application
If you are using MS Word for your text editor, look on your Standard Toolbar and see if there is a button with a paragraph mark on it - this will allow you to "View All" and see invisibles on your page - you can add this command to your toolbar in MS Word if needed using MS Word > Tools > Customize > View > View All > Add to Tool bar
Good Luck.

Thanks for all your help.

I still can't get this to work. It is putting one word per line. I don't know how to get rid of the invisible character is MSWord (I looked online and didn't find much for Mac). When I copy and paste I do so to "match destination formatting" or as "keep text only", but it still keeps one word per line.
Great idea!
That seems to be the answer, excpet for one thing. About three quaters of my notes are being printed as only one word per-line. I'll have to figure out why that is.

Once you have pasted into a Word Processing application, it should be an easy thing to view the invisible characters and edit the offending ones out.
Good luck with your presentation.
Select one of the paragraph marks and copy then search/replace and paste the paragraph mark into the search field and put one space in the replace field. That should do it.
