iTunes 10.6 not installing on home vista (compaq)

I had the older version of iTunes before but I can't exactly remembers it, but it's version 10 something, it was fine before. There was an update for newer version I tried to download it but after I run the .exe file it's not allowing me. I uninstalled everything related to apple then downloaded iTunes again, same thing happen, when I run the .exe file it isn't allowing me. This is the error that I'm getting now:
