my mac become very slow and the kooling fan making so much sound,what shall i do?

Open the Activity Monitor

 > Applications > Utilities > Activity Monitor.app

Select the %CPU tab (twice if necessary, so the little triangle/arrow is pointing downards).

What process is hogging up all the CPU?

Don't forget to change the control in the upper right corner from "My Processes" to "All Processes"
