iPhone Tracking

As an employer I provide all my employees with i-phones. Is there any way I can log on somewhere and check where they actually are? I get fed a lot of BS at times and so it is useful to know where they are.

Seems to me if the OP bought the phones, the OP can configure them any way he/she wants.

@archeres to track all phones at once, use 1 AppleID (a single iCloud account, one that emails only YOU) and set the FindMy to On (I'd turn everything else off). Then set Restrictions to limit access to Accounts and Location Services or your employees will just turn that feature off when they don't want to be tracked (they can always set it to Airplane mode but then their phone doesn't work either).

Be advised that FInd My is in no way perfect, so don't make any assumptions about the employee's whereabouts based solely upon what iCloud is telling you, neither locations nor times (these can both be wildly off depending on numerous factors).

The primary purpose of the feature is to be able to try to locate a lost phone--you can get into trouble w/your employees if you accuse them of anything based upon Find My data.
