How do I sync my iPhone with new laptop and move all info to new itunes
When I try to sync my iPhone with new computer it wants to remove all apps off iPhone how do I keep all my stuff but sync with new pc

Copy your entire iTunes folder from your old computer to your new one, as described here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4527. Then when you connect your phone it will be as if you were still syncing to your old computer.
Edit: Although you may still need to authorize the new computer for all Apple IDs used to purchase apps and music from the iTunes store (under Store>Authorize this computer).
