Hi Mr/Ms,

Nice to meet you. i heard from my friend as we are able to using itunes to convert WMV,flv format video file to m4v.

may i know how to do it?

No. Itunes only supports MOV, MP4 and M4V formats but they will not convert,

You need a third party conversion program. A good Free one is Any Video Converter, you can download from here:
