Hey there guys, so I had to do a HD Recovery and I realized that one of my Logic Pro 9 discs is missed up. It's Audio Content 1 and I can't comeplete the download. Anything I can do for this?

to fix a CD/DVD they sell disc resurfacers. they basically shave off the top layer that is scratched. i have also heard of some people using toothpaste with light abrasives to do the same thing. here is a link to one you can buy in the stores. I have used them and they work.

You could try making a disk image of the offending DVD?
Alternatively, just install as much of the 'package' as you can, update Logic to v9.1.6 or 9.1.7 and download the content from the in-application menu (Logic Pro menu)

If it's the audio content disk you might be able to just install the Logic app, update to 9.1.7, then get whatever content was on that disk by downloading it.
