Cannot get past security questions. What do?

Cannot get past security questions. What do?

My ipod touch is not allowing me to download apps without filling out the security questions first. After I fill out the security questions, nothing happens!

This is whats happening:

-Click on the purchase/download button.

-Screen comes up for username/password, entered.

-Screen comes up asking me to create 3 security questions, click ok.

-Sceeen comes up for username/password again, entered.

-Screen comes up requesting 3 security questions, awnsers, and rescue e-mail. Fill out all and click DONE.

-Nothing happens.

-Screen has two buttons (done and cancel)

click DONE- nothing happens

click CANCEL- goes to desktop screen.

You must answer the questions... LOL

You can not "bypass" the questions. They also can not repeat.
If it dosn't accept your answers then there is a problem with you account.

Wow falcon, that was no help. Two words for you, reading comprehension.

For thoses reading that may have the same problem, I e-mailed my question to apple support. After a few back and forth e-mails to apple support the problem was solved on there end, but I wasn't told how or why.

One answer was that I had entered my security question wrong ten times (which I didn't) and they would need to reset it (they didn't). Another answer was that my birthdate was wrong on my apple ID. ???huh???

Anyway, problem fixed and I'm happy again until the next problem.
