Ok I posted the same question a while ago and last time i have no idea what I did but I had to wait for my whole iTunes to redownload -_- so the problem was my ITUNES not my iPod, woUld freeze when I tried to sync it and nothing would download on my iPod. Then I lost almost all of my iTunes and somehow I got it to download again after like an hour! I don't wanna go thru that again. I wanna know why this keeps happening and how to fix it. Right now Apple I sincerely hate you. I downloaded new software to my computer and updated my iPod as well hoping that would fix the problem, it didn't do squat! It asks me when I try to sync if I wanna update and download or just download and then freezes and doesn't make it past step 4 if that! Then it freezes and goes back to normal and I never get my songs. Someone help me! And idk what kind of computer I have
