Unable to store tunes in the iCloud
I have joined Match and am trying to upload songs from iTunes on my PC to iCloud.
The message I get is that my Library was uploaded but no songs.
What am I missing?

Try going to Store - Turn off iTunes match - Store Turn on iTunes match in iTunes at the top of the screen.
Where is it that you're trying to view your music? It's not iCloud.com, iTunes Match is completely separate. On your phone go to Settings>Music and sign into iTunes Match. Your music will only appear in iTunes on a computer (if you're signed in) and in any device on which you've enabled iTunes Match.
Would like to access my music from my iPhone4. Have signed in to iTunes Match but no songs available via phone.
Can't turn off iTunes match from Store settings on iPhone4. There is no reference to iTunes match on that screen.
That reference was regarding the Store menu of iTunes on your computer
Turned off iTunes match in phone on Music screen (not Store screen).
Then went to iTunes and tried to update. All songs in iTunes have a cloud with exclamation point (error). Nothing available via phone.
Try checking for updates in iTunes.
Try checking for updates on your iOS as well
Turned off iTunes match in Store at iTunes. They turned back on and signed in. Same result: "Your iTunes library is now available in iCloud. No songs are available in iCloud."
When you are in iTunes, under Music Library all of your songs are listed there and they do play on the computer correct?
you'll want to reference TS4124 regarding those iTunes Match exclamation points you're getting next to each song
Thanks. I did that. It says that the file may be corrupt or an error uploading.
For some reason, the songs no longer play on the laptop - though they still play OK on the iPOD. This mist be the reason that there is an upload problem.
Hmm how about recreating your iTunes library.
First turn iTunes match off of computer and the device
Then close your iTunes program
Navigate to your music folder>iTunes folder and you should have a iTunes library XML,and iTuneslibrary.lib, pull those to the desktop.
Reopen iTunes - it should be empty now
Click file at the top left of the screen and click add folder to library, navigate to music folder, click choose.
Your music should be in iTunes now, so turn on iTunes match on the computer
If your songs have exclamation marks, and don't play in iTunes that would indicate the original file would have been, renamed, moved, or deleted.
Sorry for double post :s
Great suggestion. Thanks!
Was able to upload half of library using your detailed advice.
Appreciate the help...
