i have the same problem. it happened to me emediately after updating to ios 7.0.2 this phone isnt even a month old. i have yet to drop it or get it wet in any way. i wont even have my phone in the same room when showering cuz of the condensation. i treat my phone like a baby.. no idea what is going on
Try plugging it into your computer. In iTunes, click on the "Restore" button to try and force it to reload the OS.
Sounds like it either got wet or it got dropped. Make an appointment at the Genius bar of the Apple Store nearest you or call Apple Care and describe the problem to them. If it was dropped, or got wet, or is otherwise out of warranty, a replacement iPhone 4 will cost you $149.
The apps are opening and closing on their own. It is typing on it's own. It is opening to screens on its own. I have hard rebooted and restored phone. It continues to do this. I hope this is enough information. The closest apple store is 2 1/2 hours from my house.
same problem with ipad here https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5129754
Look, if you don't define what's wrong (posessed and crazy are not technical terms), then we can't help you.
You need to clearly define the problem, what you've done to troubleshoot, and what happens when you try.
If you can't do that, then just find an Apple Store and take it in so someone can actually see it in action. We are not psychic.
Try restoring. It may not work. If so, it's a hardware problem. My friend's iPad had same prob. He didn't buy it from authorized dealer but they gave him new one ( took a month ). They said that it rarely happens and can't be repaired. If your phone is still under warranty, go to apple service center. But first do try restoring it. Best of luck!
Call a priest.
Either that or try basic troubleshooting. Re-boot, restore, restore as new. Have you tried to troubleshoot it at all?
I have rebooted, etc. It is still acting crazy.
Mine was doing the same thing. I turned off my ceiling fan. Problem solved.
