iCloud can't "Find my Mac"

My iPhone can be found no problem, but my MacBook Pro shows as "Offline" in iCloud even when connected to the internet. I have it set automatically to my time zone and everything; not sure if there is an "enable location services" setting somewhere that I'm missing.. Any tips would be much appreciated!
