how do I delete my photos of of my iPhone that cannot be deleted off of my iphone

like all my photos from my Mac Book Pro that were from our camera and they somehow got on my iphone 4s and ther taking up more that halp of my data and it wont let me delete them off of my iphone and how would i get them off cause now i have 0 GB cause that taking up my data plus all my apps and other stuff so plzz give me a website or FULL discription thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
