photo book ordering from UK

I am having problems ordering a photo book from the uk? I have checked account details and it won't let me submit my UK postcode or full phone number any ideas?

What version of iPhoto? Assuming iPhoto '11 - In the iPhoto preferences make sure that you have the corret setting for print products country

If that is not it go to the Apple store (store.apple.com) and re-enter all of your account information and be sure one click ordering is on

Do not include the + in your phone number - only numeric digits

Thanks for that.

I am using iphoto '11, have got print products for UK on and am not using + in phone number in account details.

It wont let me put in full mobile number into account as primary number
