Can I add two 4-GB RAM cards to my late 2008 13-inch Macbook?

Currently I have two 2-GB cards but want to upgrade. I have an Intel Core 2 Duo processor that is 64-bit. Am I already maxed out on RAM for this machine? Would love to add more somehow. All idea welcome.
