I downloaded an upgrade into the computer, then sync theupgrade to my itouch, I don't what happen but now my itouch wont open and I can't se the the device on my computer in the itunes. I disabled my itouch. What do I have to do? I think I disabled mydevice once before and I got help from the support center. I remember that I was was suppose to turne on my device, then once the apple sign shows up, I was suppose to press the circle on the itouch and connect the device to the computer, then click "Restore." I don't when to find the Restore to click on it. Can anybody tell me?
