how to restore my sms from spreadsheet to iphone

Hi,

I wana know if there is a way to restore my backup messages from spreadsheet to my iphone.

I actually did the backup in a spreadsheet file and now I could not find a way to restore it back to my iphone.

So idiot of me that I also did not backup from itune!

Here is another question that I would love to know too, Is there a way to edit the backup file at AppData/Roaming/AppleComputer/MobileSync/Backup/

3d0d7e5fb2ce288813306e4d4636395e047a3d28 with sms.db? 😝

Either solution will be great if there is a way...

You can't add the SMS's from a spreadsheet to your phone. The only way to restore SMS's to an iPhone is to restore from an iPhone backup that contained the SMS's.

Alright, so is there a way to edit the backup file (as posted on the 2nd part of my question)?

anythinig I can do with the sms.db besides solution with JB?

So, you understand SQLite databases? Have the tools to edit them? You'd need that knowledge to properly edit an iPhone backup & insure it is useable when finished. Make a mistake & you could render the whole backup unusable.
