waiting for changes to be applied, flash and done, nothing happening

I have upgraded my laptop to W7 recently, after installing latest itunes and latest version iOS in my iphone & ipad, itried to sync, not working. But when i select transfer purchases from ipad/iphone, it is transferring all in to itunes, not vice versa
