Why can't I open my apps after updating

Try downloading any free App to unfreeze the frozen Apps.

Launch App after download.

Try a rest:

Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the iPad shuts down. Ignor the Off slider if it appears. This should take about ten seconds give or take. When shutdown is complete, turn the iPad back on and check to see if the apps will perform properly.
