I have purchased several Blu-ray +Digital Copy combos over the past several months. I decided recently to download all the digital copies to my computer. Two of my movies are not allowing my to download them, Sherlock Holmes (2009) and Fast Five (2011). The auth. codes are 12 digits and have never been used. My iTunes is up-to-date and I even followed the instructions from: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1539 which still resulted in the same message, "The code you entered is not recognized as a valid code." Is there something I am missing? I put the Digital Copy DVD into the drive, iTunes automatically prompts me to "Enter Code" and I enter the 12 digit Alpha-Numeric code and still no download. Please help me redeem my movies.
