how do i deauthorize accounts on pc's that i now longer have access to, yet they have authorized i tunes accounts on them

How do I deauthorize my i tunes accounts on computers that I no longer have access to. I need to deauthorize everything and then authorize my new laptop. Also can I sync music that are on one of my available pc's to my new laptop that is not on my iphone? ie from pc to laptop..

Quick answer if you let iTunes manage your music: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. Start iTunes with the option (shift on Windows) key held down and guide it to the new location of the library.
