reset bookmarks on icloud

We had a family account on MobileMe. Howver, after moving to iCloud my wife's account keeps getting my bookmarks synched to her account.

This seems to be a MobileMe to iCloud bug.

Is there a way to force resetting the bookmarks for a particular iCloud account?
