My iMac (running Lion 10.7.3) is connected wirelessly to a Laserjet 2550. This has operated fine for a long time, but now th printer cannot be found when TimeMachine back ups are taking place. Does anyone know the cause & remedy please?

My iMac (running Lion 10.7.3) is connected wirelessly to a Laserjet 2550. This has operated fine for a long time, but now the printer cannot be found when Time Machine back ups are taking place - Bonjour does not show any devices being available when Time Machine is running. Does anyone know the cause & remedy please?
