Q: IT IS NOT ACCEPTING MY AUTHORIZATION CODE

I bought the digital version of the Hulk.  I inserted the disc and the itunes prompted me to enter the authorization number.  But when I enter the multi digit code it states that the code is not recognized.  What do i do?
