how do i pause the video on a 4s?

If your playing a video on your camera roll, there should be a pause button in the middle between the trash can and arrow icon.

Thanks. I asked a poor question. I want to be able to stop a video I'm shooting. Is there a way to pause the video shot and then resume?
LOL... doesn't look like that feature is available with the IOS, but take a look at the link and see if any of these apps do. http://appadvice.com/appguides/show/video-recording-apps
