Sold my computer. How do I disable account info there but use on new Mac?

I gave my old Macbook to my son. He wants his own iTunes account. How do I disable my info on the Macbook but continue to use that info on my new Macbook Pro? As it now stands my ID and Account info exist on 2 computers.
