May 9, 2012 2:41 PMby randers4,I believe some carriers can make the transfer for you so you may want to investigate that option. Also, you can purchase software for some phones that will read and extract data from a phone to save on your computer; not sure if this is available for your old phone. Otherwise, it's possible (but a bit tricky) to cut a SIM down to fit. You'll find information if you Google "cut sim to micro sim".

May 9, 2012 3:04 PMby iPhone Novice1973,Yes I do. The guy in the shop made it sound like it was really easy to do through iTunes, stupidly I didn't question him. If my contacts are only stored on my old SIM how on earth could they be transferred via iTunes? Clearly he should have done it in the shop, but he said I wasn't allowed to open my phone in the shop?! He saw my old phone and I even asked him about the different SIM card, but he said it was really easy. I know I could do it manually but that would take a while, so I'll just go back tomorrow.
