Hi!

Thanks for the link in answering the question posted my mhair. I am aware of this from previous versions of 10.7.x (x < 4), and have the same question that you responded to. I followed the instructions listed in the link again in 10.7.4 11E53, but the login screen background/wallpaper remains the same, the default image. The image file I was using prior to the update to 10.7.4, when it worked, is unchanged, including the ownership and perms. Any thoughts, please?

Thanks in advance!

Same problem here. I've tried everything I know of: manually changing the file, using Loginox, using LionDesigner 2... nothing. If anyone knows how to get this fixed I'd love to know too. I'm going to keep working and see if I can find where it's getting file. Interestingly, my custom Dashboard background survived the update.

Hey there, "CandyBar" have just Posted an Update which should help with ur Lion Issue.

I have Updated my "CandyBar" to the new update and all seems ok with "CandyBar" Now.

Just waiting on (http://www.loginox.branox.com/) to Update Loginox to Address the Lion Issue, which they said they were working on.

BTW, Loginox have been Updated to Version 1.0.5 but it does not Address Us Lion users so be Patient.

But as i said , they are working on it and i am Following them on Twitter, so as soon as i have any info i will Post it Here.
